Remco Vermaire and Ferdinand Bosvelt wrote the Netherlands chapter of the International Comparative Legal Guide to Corporate Recovery & Insolvency 2018. The chapter covers a broad spectrum of topics related to corporate recovery & insolvency from a Dutch law perspective, including: issues that arise when a company is in financial difficulties, restructuring options, insolvency procedures, consequences for employees, cross-border issues, the treatment of group companies and (possible) proposals for reform of the current regime.
