Corporate litigation

Corporate litigation

Corporate litigation involves litigating and advising clients on disputes within a legal entity or partnership. Disputes may, for example, arise between a corporation or foundation and the persons involved in the organization of the legal entity, such as board directors, shareholders, depositary receipt holders and supervisory directors. There may also be mismanagement within a legal entity, a director may be held liable, or a shareholder may be trapped in a closely held corporation. We advise on conflict prevention and resolution and, where unavoidable, we will litigate to verdict.
