Thijmen Hatt focuses his practice on litigating civil actions before the Supreme Court of the Netherlands. He also provides legal counsel and litigation services in civil law cases, particularly in the area of corporate law.

Thijmen graduated in both private and corporate law. He wrote his master's thesis on the authority of shareholders to enforce a vote on climate resolutions through the right to propose agenda items. He has also interned and worked at two international law firms.
