Lotte Smelik joined Wijn & Stael in 2020. She concentrates her practice across the spectrum of corporate & financial litigation, corporate law and contract law. Lotte represents shareholders and companies entangled in disputes, liability proceedings, contractual disputes (commercial litigation) and inquiry proceedings.

Training and Experience in Civil Law
Lotte attended the honors program at Utrecht Law College and has extensive civil law training. She gained early practical experience within the judiciary and the legal profession as well as from the administrative positions she has held.
