Driven and Dynamic Litigator
Leonore is a tactful, results-oriented litigator with a strong drive to win. “I’m always looking for that one factor that can make the difference in a case: what argument or strategy will achieve the best outcome for my client? And while I enjoy convincing the court or arbitrator with clear and compelling arguments, I also take great satisfaction in securing a favorable settlement for my client.” Pragmatic where possible, creative when necessary, Leonore brings a unique blend of sharp strategic acumen and strong persuasive powers to the table.
Extensive International Experience as a Litigator
Leonore represents a wide variety of clients, including major international corporations and financial institutions, companies in the aviation, private equity, automotive, manufacturing, leisure, and tech industries, as well as executive and supervisory board directors. She has extensive experience in litigating disputes relating to mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, director and shareholder liability, prospectus liability, cartel damages claims, enforcement of securities, squeeze-outs, and a wide range of commercial disputes.
She has published articles on squeeze-out cases in the ‘Annual Review of the Corporate Litigation Association’ (Geschriften vanwege de Vereniging Corporate Litigation) and provides workshops on class actions.
