Financial Litigation

Financial Litigation

Financial litigation involves advising and litigating disputes over financing and securities. Virtually every business entity has or will, at some point, deal with financing and securities, and the many legal aspects involved. For example, disputes may arise between a bank and a company it has provided financing to, between a leasing company and a customer, or between a corporation and a shareholder who has lent money to the corporation. Our attorneys in the Financial Litigation Section have decades of experience representing leasing companies, financial institutions (the financiers), corporations (the financed parties) and other parties involved in a financing arrangement. They are highly skilled at addressing a variety of financing and securities matters in (complex) litigation.
