Remco Vermaire has been with Wijn & Stael since 2002 and is an attorney and partner with the firm. He counsels major financial institutions, such as banks, private lenders and leasing companies, on financing, securities and leasing matters, while counseling financial institutions and directors of companies on (extensive) restructuring.
