Daniël Vissers joined Wijn & Stael in 2025 and concentrates his practice in corporate litigation and corporate law. He advises and represents clients in a wide range of corporate, business, and commercial litigation matters.

Daniël is an outcome-driven attorney who is tenacious and persistent when necessary, yet flexible and creative when the situation calls for it. He believes in being a reliable partner to his clients: “I want to provide my clients with solid, but above all, practical support, both in advisory and litigation matters. To do that, I take the time to understand their business and interests, and leave no stone unturned to get to the bottom of every case.”
Daniël has a wide and varied range of interests and excels under pressure.
Legally and Musically Trained
Daniël earned his master's degree in private law based on his thesis on appointment decisions of statutory directors. He worked as a junior associate at an international law firm, where he gained experience in employment law, insolvency law, and restructuring. In addition, he completed a conservatory programme and has performed as a classical pianist.
