Inge Lok joined Wijn & Stael as an insolvency and corporate attorney in 2015. Her practice focuses on counseling businesses, directors and shareholders who are in an insolvency or pre-insolvency situation. She also represents prospective buyers seeking to acquire assets from a bankruptcy estate or make a fresh start. Inge is regularly appointed as trustee in bankruptcies and provides litigation representation in corporate law disputes involving breach of contract or seizures.

Based on this registration, he is required to obtain ten training credits per calendar year in each registered principal legal practice area in accordance with the standards set by the Netherlands Bar.
