Cindy has been a practicing attorney since 2011 and a member of Wijn & Stael since 2016. Over the years, she has assisted director and principal stockholders, family businesses and investors with mergers and acquisitions, and the sale and purchase of shares or assets and liabilities in companies, with a focus on small and mid-market deals.

Committed and Flexible
Cindy is empathetic, solutions-focused, accessible and flexible. “Personal commitment is a top priority for me. When I take on a case, I am very persistent and will do everything I can to secure the best outcome for my clients. The sale or purchase of a company is an important moment for a business owner, but they also have to attend to other corporate matters and run their business. That’s why I don’t bother them with the small stuff but guide them through the process as a sparring partner.”

Creative Negotiator
Cindy is a dealmaker with a passion for negotiating. She invests the time to learn about the client’s business so that she can identify the pain points and offer creative solutions to address them, ensuring at all times that the client’s interests always come first.
