We are proud to announce that Cindy Hoogteijling and Ida Lintel have been appointed partners of Wijn & Stael Advocaten as of October 1, 2022.

Cindy Hoogteijling (1988) has been appointed Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) partner. Cindy has been a lawyer since 2011 and has been working at Wijn & Stael since 2016. In recent years she has supervised dozens of acquisitions, both on the buying and selling side. She has extensive experience with small and mid-market deals and will further expand the transaction practice within Wijn & Stael in the coming years.

Ida Lintel (1989) has been appointed as Cassation and Litigation partner. She is a lawyer at the Supreme Court and handles civil cassation cases and preliminary ruling proceedings in the entire field of civil law. Her focus is on Corporate & Commercial Litigation and employment law. In addition, Ida regularly advises and litigates in trade disputes and on the liability of directors, supervisory directors and professionals. She also has experience in litigation before the Court of Justice of the European Union.

The appointment of Hoogteijling and Lintel is in line with Wijn & Stael's growth ambition to further expand its M&A, Cassation and Litigation practice. In addition, with the appointment half of the number of partners are women. This is in line with the diversity ambition to allow (young) women to advance to leadership positions.
