Latife Tuncer joined the Wijn & Stael Real Estate Section in 2023. Latife focuses her practice on tenancy law, construction law, procurement law, architectural law and legal obligation matters. She provides counsel to and represents clients in litigation relating to a wide range of issues, including tenancy and construction disputes, real estate development and transactions, liability matters, and the contracting of renewable energy projects.

In recent years, Latife has gained experience as a corporate law attorney. Her past professional experiences include working as an attorney at a legal expenses insurance company and - during her studies - as a deputy court clerk, where she gained valuable experience in different areas, including legal obligation matters. Latife focused her theses on analyzing the issue of trade secret protection and the liability of certain app providers for damages.
