Jorrit Peters has been working as an attorney at Wijn & Stael since 2023. He provides advice and litigation services across the entire spectrum of administrative law, environmental law, environmental law, and public-private law. He does so for various clients, including governments, institutional investors, project developers, and financial institutions. Additionally, he has a strong interest in education law, constitutional law, and administrative organization law.
Relieving clients of complex issues Jorrit is a dedicated and inquisitive professional. He works methodically and thoughtfully, paying close attention to detail. As a result, clients can rely on him to have their cases perfectly under control and not miss any arguments. Between public and private law During his studies, Jorrit gained experience in the legal profession and was involved in various academic projects. He is interested in the intersection of public law and private law and won the Ars Aequi prize for an article on the consequences that performing a public task can have on the actions of private legal entities.
