Mathilde Larink-van der Jagt has been working as a bankruptcy paralegal at our firm since 2022, and since July 2025, she has also been a legal employee in the Commercial Contracts department. As a bankruptcy paralegal she assists the trustee in the settlement of bankruptcy cases by preparing an inventory of the assets and liabilities of estates that helps creditors establish the ranking of their respective claims in bankruptcy proceedings. She also maintains communication with the parties concerned and makes sure that all work is completed on time.
Competent and Always Ready to Help
Mathilde is known for her diligence and her willingness to pitch in and help her coworkers in any way she can. She enjoys analyzing legal issues and extracting valuable information from them. “I like to be involved in a case from start to finish and will do what it takes to settle an estate as well as possible. Every case teaches me something new and I’m flexible when needed.” Mathilde believes that it’s important to maintain good relationships with all parties involved.
