Thirza Jonkers worked as a student intern at Wijn & Stael in the spring of 2025 before returning to work with us as a legal associate within the Administrative Law team in September 2025. She assists the team by tracking recent case law, conducting research for case files, and writing blog posts.

Thirza works diligently and enjoys delving deeply into a topic. Her strong interpersonal and communication skills make working with colleagues smooth and enjoyable. 

Learning Through Practice and Study
Thirza is currently pursuing a master’s degree in Constitutional and Administrative Law in Utrecht, allowing her to apply her academic knowledge in practice and further deepen her understanding of the knowledge. In her free time, Thirza enjoys playing the violin and making music with others. She is also an avid reader and loves cooking and baking.
