Karijn Haasjes has been a practicing attorney since 2022 and joined the Real Estate practice group at Wijn & Stael in early 2026. She advises and represents clients in lease and construction disputes and has extensive experience in commercial real estate transactions. Karijn also counsels clients on matters relating to the energy transition and grid congestion, such as grid connections, on-site generation and supply of renewable energy within real estate projects, and drafting related provisions in (lease) agreements and transaction documents.
