Robert van Faassen has worked at Wijn & Stael since 2010 and focuses his practice on bankruptcy law, restructuring, corporate law and financing. He is regularly appointed as trustee in bankruptcy cases and also assists other trustees in legal investigations and the settlement of large bankruptcy claims. Robert also counsels companies and directors on issues relating to bankruptcy, restructuring or financing.

Representative Practice
Oversaw the settlement of the moratorium for the administrator of a vehicle manufacturer and the provision of an arrangement with creditors, enabling the company to continue its operations after a complex and extensive process without debts.

Represented a large listed retailer during a bankruptcy process to safeguard its interests in the goods it had delivered. Despite the complex negotiations with the trustee, the client walked away with a great result.
