Manon Bonhof has been an attorney with Wijn & Stael since late 2025. She provides legal counsel and litigation defense in civil law matters, including directors and officers liability and professional liability, insolvency law, liability and damages law, and disciplinary law.

Engaged and Intellectually Inquisitive
Manon is a proactive attorney who reviews documents with a critical eye and asks probing questions until every detail is clear. She brings a methodical approach to her cases so she can maintain oversight and switch gears quickly within a case file. "I love diving into each new case and examining it from every angle. I also value building strong relationships with my clients and working with them in a constructive way."

Attorney with a Physics Background
Before studying law, Manon earned a bachelor's degree in physics and astronomy. This foundation honed her strong analytical skills, which serve her well as an attorney. For her master's thesis, she wrote about the Abolition of Pledge Prohibitions Act, and has since published several articles on the subject. She also interned at a district court and an international law firm.
