Mr. R.M. Vermaire



Remco Vermaire has worked at Wijn & Stael since 2002, specialising in leasing, financing, securities and insolvency law. He advises the executive boards of businesses, banks and lease-companies on financing and securities, with an emphasis on (pre-)bankruptcy matters and extensive restructuring. Remco has been active as a administrator and trustee in bankruptcy proceedings for many years and has also worked at a large financial institution before joining Wijn & Stael.

As an attorney, Remco is conscientious and precise. He enjoys winning complex legal cases for his clients during proceedings or negotiations and he is tireless in helping devise effective legal solutions for entrepreneurs, financers and potential acquiring companies.
