Larissa specialises in company and corporate law. She mainly advises companies on director liability, corporate governance, shareholder disputes, tort, duty of care and breach of contract (including takeover disputes). Furthermore, Larissa regularly litigates corporate law cases and also regularly publishes in various legal journals in the area of corporate law.

Larissa has specific knowledge of takeover disputes through her litigation experience and her experience in mergers and acquisitions.
