Larissa Peereboom-Bogers joined Wijn & Stael as a corporate litigation and corporate law attorney in 2019. She litigates disputes involving company and corporate-related matters and counsels on disputes relating to takeover, shareholder, corporate governance, and shareholder relations issues. She also has experience in privacy law.
