Mr. drs. E.L. Pasma

Else Loes

Else Loes Pasma has been with Wijn & Stael since 1999. She specialises in employment law and cooperation disputes, acting on behalf of businesses, public and semi-public organisations, executive and supervisory directors, works councils, professionals and higher management in solving and preventing conflicts.

Else Loes advises in particular on dismissal law, reorganisations, outsourcing, issues relating to collective labour agreements, harmonisation of employment terms, the Senior Officials in the Public and Semi-Public Sector (standards for Remuneration) Act (WNT) and sectoral codes, documentation and strategic positioning in conflict situations. She has wide-ranging legal experience in the business and semi-public sector, in particular the care and cultural sectors.

After holding a commercial position at Wolters Kluwer, Else Loes began her career as an attorney in 1993. She is highly committed, can act quickly and is motivated to achieve the best solution for every case, taking full account of much more than the legal aspects alone. Her experience in administrative and supervisory roles has given her the ability to see the big picture and take this into account when devising a strategy and developing solutions. Else Loes likes to be involved at an early stage as that is when choices can still be made. She is creative, but also pragmatic. The main question she puts to each client is: what does he or she want to achieve and at what point would he or she feel that a case has been resolved satisfactorily. This is crucial in determining the course of action she will take.
