Mr. A.M. Mennens



Anne specializes in financing, securities and insolvency. She advises and litigates on various issues that arise (prior to) bankruptcy. In addition, she has specific knowledge about restructurings. Anne gets to the heart of complex matters quickly and in a structured way. Her legal advice and court documents are clear and convincing. She regularly provides courses and presentations in the field of (pre-)insolvency law.

Anne worked as a PhD student and lecturer at Radboud University for five years. During that period she worked one day a week at a commercial bank. She wrote a dissertation about preventive restructuring frameworks. In that context, she conducted comparative law research at, among others, the Commercial Law Center at The University of Oxford. Anne presented her research at various (international) conferences.
