Mr. J.M. Luijkx



Marina is specialised in financing and securities. She assists her clients in managing special administration dossiers, restructuring and drawing up financing documentation, etc. Marina has specific know-how and experience in matters at the interface of property, financing and property law (proprietary rights and interests); she regularly advises on and litigates in matters regarding credit cancellations, bank guarantees, project and other financing, pledge and mortgage rights, retention rights, attachments and letting clauses.

Marina is a good negotiator. She has a very keen eye for details, a quality that makes her highly competent in analysing and setting up complex structures.

In 2016 Marina was seconded for several months to a banking institution, where she was able to further deepen her knowledge of the banking sector.

Based on this registration, she is required to obtain ten training credits per calendar year in each registered principal legal practice area in accordance with the standards set by the Netherlands Bar.
