Mr. S. van Loozenoord
Stephanie
Attorney
Stephanie van Loozenoord joined Wijn & Stael in 2019 and focuses her practice on tenancy and construction law, purchase and sale, and rights in rem. She assists clients with the drafting of lease, purchase and construction agreements and regularly counsels and litigates disputes over (real estate) agreements and rights in rem, such as ownership, ground lease, building rights and easements.
Precise and Creative with Outstanding Analytical Skills
Stephanie is a dedicated attorney who quickly gets to the heart of the matter. With a keen eye for detail, she delivers strategic and creative solutions that go beyond the legal aspect. “It’s important to give clients useful advice based on their situation and needs. To do just that, I first get to know the client and their business, then weed out the pieces of information that are relevant to the case I will be building for them. I’m always honest about the merits of the case and the chances of winning it, so they know where they stand and can make an informed decision about what they want to do.”
Experience with Real Estate Transactions
Stephanie gained experience interning at the District Court of Central Netherlands. She also worked at an internationally operating law firm for two years, where her work also involved real estate transactions.
