Daan Loozeman joined Wijn & Stael in 2021. Daan’s practice is devoted to a diverse range of civil and corporate law matters with a particular emphasis on bankruptcy law. He assists trustees in bringing bankruptcy cases and regulatory audits to resolution. In addition to counseling clients in restructuring matters, Daan also advises and represents entrepreneurs in peer-to-peer dispute resolution proceedings.

Daan is a dedicated, diligent, and savvy attorney who has an uncanny ability to cut to the heart of any matter, which benefits his clients as it informs his advice in advancing their interests. Versatile Academic Background
Daan brings a unique academic background to Wijn & Stael. He participated in the Honors Program of the University of Groningen and earned double masters in Private and Corporate Law. After a stint studying in Washington, Daan returned home to clerk for the Amsterdam Regional Medical Disciplinary Board.
