Xander specializes in liability of financial institutions and accountants. He regularly litigates and advises on issues related to civil liability, insolvency law and property law. Xander also has experience in (international) arbitrations and corporate law disputes.

Xander is a driven and solution-oriented lawyer and works in a structured way. Clients appreciate his pragmatic approach.

Xander graduated from the University of Amsterdam in 2009. Also, he studied at the University of Toronto for a period of time. Before Xander joined Wijn & Stael, he worked at DLA Piper and NautaDutilh, where, in addition to his regular work as an attorney, he also dealt with Corporate Social Responsibility issues. Xander has been seconded to two financial institutions.
