Mr. R.E. de Groot



Renske de Groot joined Wijn & Stael Advocaten in 2015, specialising in business and insolvency law. She also provides advice in the area of privacy law, particularly with respect to the practical application of the GDPR. Renske also regularly advises on and litigates in privacy matters in relation to the inclusion of personal data in the referral registers.

Renske loves the diversity of her field. She is a dedicated practitioner who supports the interests of her clients by working hard to find the best possible legal solution for them. Renske is very precise in her work and can analyse complex matters into detail. She strives to produce clear and practical legal advice.

While studying Private Law in Groningen, Renske took part in the honours programme and was a volunteer at the legal aid centre in Groningen. Her thesis was published in 2015 as a book, titled De spoedvoorziening van artikel 223 Rv (The emergency provision of Article 223 Rv (Civil Procedures Code)).

Based on this registration, she is required to obtain ten training credits per calendar year in each registered principal legal practice area in accordance with the standards set by the Netherlands Bar.
