Noor Zetteler joined Wijn & Stael in 1999. After a number of years in general practice she developed a specialist interest in financing, security and insolvency law. ‘She is becoming an insolvency expert in her own right,’ according to Chambers and Partners in 2010, the international league table of best lawyers, which has included her in the list as a young talent. She advises management boards and financiers on continuity, discontinuity and execution sale issues and conducts complex proceedings in which the liability of executive directors, supervisory directors and accountants is central. Noor is also regularly appointed receiver.

Noor is able as no other to make a razor-sharp analysis of a case and then set out a targeted strategy. She also has an excellent grasp of figures. She knows just how to maintain a sense of calm and order, even when a case begins to become hectic and complex. She enjoys negotiating and advising, her motivation being always to get out of a case what is in it.

Noor is a member of the professional association INSOLAD and the Corporate Litigation Association. She is also a member of the Executive Board of Wijn & Stael.
