Leendert Kruidenier joined Wijn & Stael in 1991. He specializes in business law and employment law, particularly corporate restructuring and refinancing and collective and individual redundancy law. He also has wide experience in franchising. Leendert has a combined advisory and litigation practice.

He is a committed, meticulous lawyer, and someone who quickly gets to the heart of the problem and then works towards a solution, in or out of court. It is all about the result. He works closely with his client and fully supports their interests. He enjoys this role of promoting his client’s interests and does it with panache.

Leendert is also a member of the board of the Utrecht Enterprise Society (UOS) and on the members council of Rabobank Utrecht and region. He is a member of the Association of Employment lawyers for Amsterdam and the region, the Dutch Employment Lawyers Association (VAAN) and the Dutch Franchise Association (NFV). Leendert is member of the executive board of Wijn & Stael.
